Programs

A two-phase path from training to a real job.

Every participant moves through the same structure: a focused readiness phase, then a work-based learning phase, each one built around what actually helps the participant succeed, not just what fills a curriculum.

Phase 1

Job Readiness Training: 4 weeks, 8 contact days

Structured around the five required Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) categories.

Job Exploration

Structured counseling to identify career interests and realistic paths forward.

Workplace Readiness

Soft skills, workplace norms, and the everyday expectations of holding a job.

Job Search Skills

Resumes, applications, and how to find openings that actually fit.

Interview Prep

Practice interviews and coaching to build confidence under real conditions.

Work-Based Learning

An early, low-stakes introduction to real work environments before Phase 2 begins.

Phase 2

Work-Based Learning & Self-Advocacy

Participants move into real workplace settings with continued coaching, building the on-the-job track record that Phase 1 prepared them for.

Built Around the Participant

Support that doesn't stop at placement

Self-advocacy instruction continues through Phase 2, so participants leave not just with a job, but with the skills to navigate and sustain it. Long-term follow-along picks up from there. See Impact for outcomes.
