What We Do

Two phases, one goal: real, sustained employment.

Every participant moves through structured job readiness training and hands-on work-based learning, then stays connected through follow-along support long after placement.

Job Readiness

Four weeks of structured Pre-ETS training covering job exploration, workplace readiness, and self-advocacy.

Work-Based Learning

Real workplace experience paired with continued coaching on self-advocacy and on-the-job skills.

Long-Term Follow-Along

Ongoing check-ins after placement so gains in employment translate into gains that last.

Get Involved

Your support funds a program that already works.

Every gift funds a program that gets better every cohort, refined by real experience instead of a fixed curriculum. See how on the Impact page.
