We've refined Job Readiness Training and Work-Based Learning after every cohort, sharpening what works and cutting what doesn't. That means each new group of students gets a program shaped by real experience, not a fixed curriculum, and we're able to serve more students without sacrificing the individual coaching and follow-along support that makes the difference.
